Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return under our satisfaction guarantee
• Products must not have more than 50% consumed (except in cases of quality defects)
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@salutem.solutions with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and your contact information
3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address
4. Ship the product back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund

Defective or Damaged Products

Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns on products where more than 50% has been consumed, unless there is a verified quality defect
• Returns requested after the 30-day window will not be accepted, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
