Order Processing

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

🇺🇸 We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii (additional transit time may apply).

Delays & Exceptions

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate and assist you.
